Tortellini Soup

Well, I must admit. This "recipe" is so easy and simple, it's embarrassing to post! However, it has been in our regular meal rotation for years, and is one recipe every single person in the house enjoys...even my VERY picky eater, Ethan.

Tortellini Soup


You will need:

Frozen cheese tortellini
Family-size can tomato soup
Milk
Mozzarella cheese
Italian seasoning
Crushed red pepper

Make it:

Cook tortellini as directed
Drain, return to pot
Pour in can of soup
Fill the now empty can about 3/4 full of milk and add to soup
Add seasonings, to taste
(I add the red pepper when done, only to Brendan and mine. Others don't like spicy food)
Heat through
When heated, place in bowl and top with cheese

Enjoy!
